Your new role:

  • Provide regular claim updates and a high level of customer service
  • Coordinate bookings and ensure timeframes are managed effectively
  • Accurate & timely compilation of documents and information

About You:

  • Relevant experience in administration / customer service
  • Experience in the building and construction industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service manner
  • Multitasker with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude with a grow mindset
